These Terms govern your use of https://831trucks.com (the "Site") operated by Truck & SUV Parts Warehouse, doing business as 831 Trucks ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by 831 Trucks and is provided for general information; it is not legal advice. Please review our Privacy Notice and Accessibility Statement.
Use of the site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Quote requests and estimates
Information submitted through the quote form is a request for a conversation, not a binding order. All prices, availability, timelines, and parts specifications are estimates only and are not final until confirmed in writing by the shop. Work is authorized only through a written repair order signed at the shop.
Automotive repair (California)
Repair services are performed under California Business and Professions Code §§ 9880–9889.68 (Automotive Repair Act) and Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regulations. You are entitled to a written estimate before work begins, authorization for additional work, and return of replaced parts on request (except warranty or core-return parts). Our BAR Automotive Repair Dealer (ARD) registration number is posted at the shop and available on request.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts as provided by their manufacturers. Any shop workmanship warranty, its scope, and duration are stated on your written repair order. No other warranties, express or implied, are made except as required by law.
Customer-supplied parts
Installation of customer-supplied parts is subject to shop policy and confirmation. When we install parts you supply, we do not warrant those parts and are not responsible for defects, fitment, or downstream failures caused by them.
Vehicle storage and abandonment
Vehicles left after completion of work or after notice may accrue daily storage fees at rates posted at the shop and may be processed as abandoned under California Vehicle Code § 10650 et seq. and Civil Code § 3068 (garagekeeper's lien).
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, logos, and trade dress are owned by Truck & SUV Parts Warehouse or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Site without written permission.
Third-party links and embeds
The Site may include embedded maps and links to third-party services (Google, Yelp, social networks). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Truck & SUV Parts Warehouse and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Truck & SUV Parts Warehouse harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in San Benito County, California, and you consent to that venue. Nothing here waives your rights under mandatory California consumer statutes.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
